Inspection Trips

In order for you to appreciate the unspoilt beauty of this region, and sample at first hand the delights of the Spanish way of life, there really is no better way than to opt for one of our highly acclaimed inspection flights when we can offer you a friendly one to one insight into the local area.

We subsidise the cost of the trips, and make all the arrangements for accommodation, airport collection, and return flights, but you are never put under any pressure to buy. We only ask that you have a genuine interest in purchasing property, and that you are in a position to proceed should you find the home that you want.

On arrival you will be met at the airport by one of Welcome Homes friendly staff, and given personal attention during the course of your stay. You will transported in a comfortable air conditioned car dedicated to you during your stay, not in a mini-bus with other people.

In advance of your trip we will ask you to complete a questionnaire in order that we can put together a schedule which will allow you to see properties based on your personal preferences and requirements, and also allow time to see some of the area in which you may be purchasing.

Trips are available throughout the year from most UK airports, except for Xmas, New Year, and Easter periods, and seats are subject to availability. Prices do vary slightly depending on when you would like to travel, so please let us know your favoured travel dates as soon as possible in order that we can try to accommodate your requirements.

Plus! if you have a particular interest such as golf, sailing, or even drinking wine!, we will do our utmost to show you the superb local facilities where you will be able to indulge your passion on your return.
